After two years of planning and reconstruction, a former warehouse in Oestrich-Winkel has been turned into a working environment which is unique in Europe: the 1,400 m² “Wilde Village” accommodates about 60 employees. Modern office furnishings combined with exotic materials like bamboo create a pleasant and inspiring working environment. A “market place” at the centre of the Wilde Village promotes the exchange of know-how and creative communication. Other separate areas provide space for the staff to relax.
Up to four employees from the individual departments work together in small islands to ensure direct and personal communication at all times.
