Solution² - Step by Step instructions
Step 1 Prepare the natural nail for the use of the Solution² system as well as for any other system. First remove all polish from your customer’s nails. Flatten the complete nail before the application and remove all grease with Cleaner.
If you make a refill, file the modelled nail into shape. Make sure that all nails have the same length e. g. proportional to each other. The transition area should be free of liftings. If required, carefully file off loose material edges. Remove the cuticle. Use a drill unit with a special diamond drill bit.
Step 2 Remove the file dust and degrease the nail and the furrow with a cleansing solution (Cleaner).
Apply one layer of Solution² – Base & Closing Gel onto the cleansed surface.
Step 3 French manicure is a very popular design for modelled nails. Today there are several shades available. For a perfect smile line use FM-Pearl White Brush-on. The brush for the application of the French design is integrated in the bottle. Cure this layer in the light unit and remove the dispersion layer with a dry cotton swab.
In this way, you prevent the white colour mixing with a transparent gel.
Step 4 Now you can model the nail with Solution² – Building Gel. Position the stress point in the optical centre of the nail. Cure this layer.
Step 5 Wipe off the dispersion layer with a cotton swab and start filing the surface smooth.
Check the shape of the nails from different angles. We recommend this for a first modelling as well as for a refill.
Step 6 If the result is satisfactory you can seal the surface. Apply Solution² - Base & Closing Gel for perfect edges. The surface can remain as it is after curing. The result is a very natural-looking shine. Alternatively you can also apply any other sealing. To do so, apply the respective sealing directly onto the still moist dispersion film of Solution² – Base & Closing Gel.
